In this class, Sun Salutations will be used to warm the body.  Flowing sequences will include  a variety of poses promoting  strength and flexibility throughout the body.   This is a warming and revitalizing practice. Room is warmed to 78 degrees.

Level III: Vigorous intensity. Yoga experience highly recommended.

Practice self care, self love and take some time for you. Connect to your breath and body and let go of your stress energy. This gentle flow class is sequenced to slowly relax and release the body promoting openness and flexibility while quieting the mind.   This class will include an introduction to vinyasa flow, breath-synchronized movement.

In this class, alignment-informed postures are linked together with the breath creating a moderately paced Vinyasa Flow class. This is a great class to progress into from Gentle Yoga.

This workshop has been designed for beginners or those who have never experienced a yoga class. We will slowly cover basic yoga postures and progress to an introduction to vinyasa flow yoga. Yoga Basics will provide the foundation to progress into hour flow and vinyasa flow classes. This workshop will be offered limitedly throughout the year. Check the schedule for dates.

Our barre classes are Barre Intensity classes, which combine attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training.  We incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body work.  Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Level:  All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

This dynamic total body workout features our unique band system which helps you experience fluid movement and seamless flow incorporating elements of Pilates, barre, yoga, functional strength training and cardio.

This hybrid class is a perfect pairing: yoga and barre. This class will get you flowing through vinyasa sequences designed to warm and tone the body combined with lower body barre work. You're getting the best of both in one workout. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat! Room is warmed to 78 degrees.

Our reformer Pilates sessions are innovative and results driven sessions that will tone, sculpt and strengthen your body in ways you never thought possible. You might be thinking, "Why do I need to incorporate reformer Pilates into my workout routine? I already do yoga and barre." Here's why: The reformer is a piece of equipment that works the entire body through the use of springs, a carriage, ropes and pulleys. The spring loads are light, medium and heavy so the reformer will always meet you where you are! Our reformers are the top of the line Merrithew reformers equipped with cardio tramps instead of traditional jump boards. Our cardio tramps make “jumping” super easy on the joints and feet. In true Yoga Barre fashion, our instructors incorporate the use of light hand weights, Pilates balls, loop bands, long bands and reformer boxes to challenge your body in different ways.

The goal of a reformer workout is to create flexibility, strength and mobility throughout the entire body. It is so important to "balance" your workouts, and it can be hard to find everything you're looking for at one studio. We've got it all for you in a boutique setting - Yoga, Barre, PiYo, Yoga Barre Fusion, Pilates Barre Fusion and Reformer Pilates. With only a four student capacity, our sessions are very personalized and have been referred to as "personal training sessions" that are fun, upbeat and effective. Our instructors are well trained in reformer Pilates, love what they do and are ready to guide you every step of the way. PiYo is a hybrid athletic workout that combines the core-building elements of yoga, the strength-training of Pilates, and the calorie-burning power of cardio into one well-rounded class. This class moves at a quick pace and is set to upbeat music. You are guaranteed a fun, sweaty workout so don’t forget your towel!


HIIT Barre is a class where barre meets HIIT (high intensity interval training). In this class barre moves are choreographed to timed intervals that focus on HIIT guaranteed to elevated the heart rate. Barre strength moves are incorporated to get that barre burn we all loves. This is a fun class, and all levels are welcomed.
