In this class, Sun Salutations will be used to warm the body.  Flowing sequences will include  a variety of poses promoting  strength and flexibility throughout the body.   This is a warming and revitalizing practice.     

Level:  All levels welcome, some yoga experience helpful.

This gentle flow class is sequenced to slowly relax and release the body promoting openness and flexibility while quieting the mind.   This class will include an introduction to vinyasa flow, breath-synchronized movement.    

Level:  All levels.   Excellent class for new beginners.

This hour long version of our Vinyasa style class will give you the opportunity to breathe, sweat, and relax all in one hour.    This class moves slower than our vinyasa flow class.

YOGA BASICS FONT.jpg

This series has been designed for beginners or those who have never experienced a yoga class! We will slowly cover basic yoga postures and progress to an introduction to vinyasa flow yoga. This class will be offered for a limited time so it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED one attend this class consistently while it is offered. Yoga Basics will provide the foundation to progress into hour flow and vinyasa flow classes.

Level: Beginner

Duration: 60 minutes

Series begins January 12, running six consecutive Saturdays, ending February 16, 2019.

This hybrid class is a perfect pairing:   yoga and barre.   This class will get you flowing through vinyasa sequences designed to warm and tone the body, combined with lower body barre work and ending with longer stretches.   You're getting the best of both in one workout!

Level:  All levels welcome. Some yoga experience helpful.

Our barre classes are Barre Intensity classes, which combine attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training.  We incorporate small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body work.  Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Level:  All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga.   This class is guaranteed to deliver a true  fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
