Christina’s fitness and wellness journey began with the passion she developed for running over fifteen years ago, eventually leading her to begin instructing reformer Pilates in 2014 before transitioning into barre.

Christina doesn’t view wellness as an isolated part of who a person is—its not just eating according to the current quick-fix diet or working out a certain number of days per week. Fitness and wellness are part of the natural rhythm of her life and she encourages her students to find their own rhythm while pushing harder, digging deeper and gaining confidence.

She is a native of Gulfport, a graduate of William Carey University with B.S. in Nursing and currently serves as the School Nurse at Bayou View Elementary.  Outside of working and fitness instruction, Christina stays busy traveling with her husband, Brandon, and making every moment count with their Brady Bunch tribe of six children— Malerie, Laney, Avery, Sam, Lily and Annabelle.
